CADD Technician

STS Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a CADD Technician to support its ongoing mission at Fort Hood, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain CADD design files (DGN) and CADD databases to support planning, facility, infrastructure, and event support purposes, including utility systems, topography, facilities, and military training data.
• Lead preparation of CADD platform customizations and enhancements, including future initiatives and database integration.
• Coordinate with department heads and CADD end‑users at Fort Hood, ensuring work accuracy and adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Provide technical services to implement departmental needs assessments and address prioritized end‑user requests.
• Create and maintain maps, drawings, tables, and graphics for reports and other data products; collect and process data for Fort Hood; and update Fort Hood’s CADD‑related databases using software compatible with Bentley’s suite and related tools.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree minimum; Bachelor’s degree desired.
• At least one (1) year of CAD experience.
• Experience with Bentley Suite CAD software preferred; AutoCAD experience acceptable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid state driver’s license.
