CADD Specialist with Security Clearance

About the role

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is seeking a CADD Specialist to support Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, infrastructure, and mission-support projects under a major Intelligence Community (IC) contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Prepare architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site drawings as required
• Ensure all drawings comply with organizational standards, building codes, and IC security requirements
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to incorporate design changes and updates
• Maintain drawing databases, version control, and configuration management in secure systems
• Support design reviews, project meetings, and technical documentation efforts
• Assist with field verification, redlines, and production of final as-built drawings
• Safeguard sensitive and classified information in accordance with IC policies and procedures

Requirements

• Certification in AutoCAD and Revit
• Minimum of 5 years of professional CADD experience, preferably supporting government or defense-related projects

Education & Experience

• Demonstrated experience producing detailed construction documents, layouts, and as-built drawings
• Strong understanding of drafting standards, layering conventions, and document control
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This role is full-time and works standard business hours.
