About the role
Help train and evaluate AI agents that work inside a real CAD environment on long engineering tasks, work that would take an expert 10-15 hours. You'll design part geometry, build reference solutions, and judge the agent's attempts. You'll work alongside CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build.
Responsibilities
- Design part geometry for engineering tasks.
- Build reference solutions for AI agent evaluation.
- Judge the agent's attempts and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you create.
Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional, hands‑on CAD modelling (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo or similar).
- Experience preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar) is a strong plus.
- An active professional CAD licence of your own (required).
- Comfortable with Python and GitHub.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Skills
- CAD modelling (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo).
- Preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS).
- Python programming and GitHub version control.
Benefits
- Fully remote work – you set your own schedule.
- Work with just a laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Opportunity to apply expertise to real‑world technology projects.
- Participate in performance‑based bonus programs that reward high‑quality work and consistent delivery.
Pay
Contributors can earn up to $69 per hour equivalent, depending on level and pace of contribution.
