Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in engineering design using SOLIDWORKS
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and designers to learn on-the-job
• Exposure to manufacturing, quality, and supplier collaboration
• Increase responsibility based on performance and skill development

Growth Opportunities

• CAD Designer II / Senior CAD Designer – Expanded responsibility for complex assemblies, tolerance analysis, and cross-functional projects
• Design Engineer / Mechanical Engineer – Transition into engineering roles with increased design ownership and analysis
