CAD CAM Technician (Milling)

National Dentex is expanding the largest network of dental laboratories in North America and seeks passionate individuals to grow with us. This role is based at NDX Green Lab in Heber Springs, AR.

We are offering a full-time CAD/CAM Technician (Milling) position with paid on-the-job training—no college degree required. Ideal candidates thrive in a team environment, are passionate about helping people, skilled with their hands, and committed to learning.

Schedule

Regular hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may occasionally change.

Responsibilities

• Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentists.
• Operate computer-aided design and manufacturing steps, including scanning, loading, and creating files.
• Use software to nest designs for milling or printing processes.
• Input patient details (name, pan number, type of crown, shade) into the computer.
• Follow all required steps to ensure consistent, accurate results.
• Review final work to confirm quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean work area daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Strong ability to read, listen, comprehend, retain, and execute written and verbal instructions.
• High level of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Work Environment

• Computer and scanning equipment.
• Small machinery and hand-pieces.
• Chemicals and related materials.
• Personal protective equipment as required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and/or reach.
• Fine motor skills and ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Vision capabilities including depth perception, attention to detail, and color.
