Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Cabulance Driver to join our growing team. As an Cabulance driver with Northwest Ambulance, you will provide pre-hospital and interfacility care, transport patients safely, and represent our organization with professionalism and heart.

What You'll Do

• Keep the vehicle clean, stocked, and road-ready at all times
• Arrive at facilities on schedule and assist patients into the vehicle safely
• Transport patients along with all belongings, paperwork, and equipment
• Provide patient care reports to receiving staff as needed
• Collect required signatures from patients and medical staff
• Follow all NWA policies, protocols, and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 23 or older with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Valid Washington State Driver's License - must have maintained for 2 years or longer
• Clean driving record - limit of 2 citations in past 36 months; DUI and other serious offenses may disqualify candidacy
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (NWA reimburses the cost)
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Superb time management capabilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs and perform repeated bending, kneeling, and lifting
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions and high-stress environments
