Cable Technician

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various types of cable, including fiber optic, coaxial, and Ethernet cables
• Troubleshoot and repair cable issues as needed
• Test cable systems to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards during installations and repairs
• Complete work orders and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in cabling or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of cable installation techniques and industry standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
