Key Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Use hand tools and technical equipment safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on service use and troubleshoot issues.
• Work outdoors across diverse environments, often carrying tools and equipment.
• Maintain professionalism, communicate effectively, and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with computers, software, and hand tools.
• Effective communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and endure outdoor conditions.
