Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing, and educating customers on services in various environments.
Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing services, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing customer education.
- Working outdoors across different terrains and weather conditions.
- Utilizing hand tools, operating company vehicles, and handling small components and wires.
- Building relationships with customers and colleagues while ensuring safety and professionalism.
- Participating in training programs, career self-progression, and earning industry certifications.
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with computers, software, and hand tools.
- Effective communication, time management, critical thinking, and reliability.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
