Field Technician responsible for installing and repairing telecommunications services, providing technical support and customer education, and working in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair telecommunications services
• Provide technical support and educate customers on service use
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues
• Utilize hand tools and operate company vehicles safely
• Work in various outdoor conditions, climb ladders, and handle equipment
• Participate in training programs, career self-progression, and earn industry certifications

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in computer use and hand tools
• Effective communication, professionalism, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Pay
