CABLE DEPARTMENT TECHNICIAN

About the role

Join the team behind some of the most prominent events in the world, including EDC, Metallica’s World Tour, the NFL Draft, CES, Broadway productions, I Heart Radio, Saturday Night Live, and The Tonight Show. As a Cable Department Technician at 4Wall, you’ll play a key role in supporting large-scale productions across lighting, video walls, rigging, staging, and audio.

Responsibilities

• Check in returned orders and prepare cables for restocking by cleaning, coiling, and organizing them.
• Pull orders for rental, ensuring accuracy and readiness for deployment.
• Perform general repair, maintenance, and assembly of cables.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and following directions without supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs.
• Basic computer skills and some customer service experience.
• Solid work background; experience in the entertainment lighting industry is preferred but not required.

Pay

Hourly range: $20.00 – $23.00 (DOE).
