Cabinetry, Kitchen, and Bath Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Consultation: Provide expert advice and design solutions to retail, builder, and commercial clients, ensuring their vision is realized efficiently
• Client Engagement: Manage client interactions from initial contact through design finalization, ensuring a personalized and responsive service
• Sales and Relationship Building: Drive sales through effective client presentations and diligent follow-ups. Aim to convert leads into sales and foster long-term relationships
• Project Documentation: Prepare detailed designs and documentation for new projects, ensuring all specifications align with client needs and internal standards
• Installation Oversight: Monitor project installations to guarantee client satisfaction, promptly address issues, and ensure high-quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience: At least two years of professional experience in kitchen and bathroom design. Familiarity with cabinetry sales, design for new constructions, and appliance sales preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ProKitchen, 2020 Design, MS Office, and G-suite. Experience with Netsuite and NKBA accreditation is advantageous
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities with a proven track record of successful presentations and sales closures

• Base Salary: $52,000.00 - $111,792.00
