Cabinet Technician Trim Carpenter Cabinet Installer

About the role

As a Kitchen Tune-Up Uplifter, you will be responsible for updating and upgrading kitchens. This includes tasks such as drilling for hinges, installing doors and drawer fronts, installing roll-out trays in cabinets, and operating various power hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to jobsite on time in appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions with project plan and instructions given by project manager.
• Keep work area clean, protected and orderly. Clean up daily.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress and update with mobile service app.
• Work quickly and efficiently. Mindful and adherence to project timeline.
• Able to drill for hinges.
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts.
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets.
• Able to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.

Requirements

• Able to work in Grapevine, Texas and surrounding communities.
• Able to interact with customers on a professional & friendly level.
• Able to take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Able to operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license and a verifiable good driving record.

Qualifications

• Stellar & honest work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating.
• Prior experience in cabinet refacing.
• Prior experience in cutting moldings.
• Able to install crown molding.

Skills

• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
