Basic Qualifications
Candidate should have experience/familiarity with Linux OS.
Candidate should have experience/familiarity with RF, Digital and Analog measurement / troubleshooting techniques, digital signal probing, electrical schematic development and analysis.
Ability to develop software in a test environment.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware in a test environment.
Candidate should have experience/familiarity with design, procurement, assembly and documentation of automated test stations.
Able to function effectively in a fast paced, team oriented manufacturing environment.
Effectively communicates written and orally.
Candidate must be able to obtain an interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position.
Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship.
Job Description
This position is contingent upon program award.
THE WORK
- Support Cabinet sub-system level testing within RMS operations via hardware and software
- Determine the most efficient/economical method for production testing
- Generate and update test procedures
- Adapt/modify existing test equipment or design new new equipment and circuits to meet test specification requirements
- Estimate cost of testing and test equipment to assure quality performance of manufactured electronic equipment and components

Desired Skills
- BS Degree in a technical discipline or AS Degree in technical discipline & > 5 years experience with RF and Digital testing
- Experience with Test Equipment - Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Noise Figure Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, DVMs.
- Experience with troubleshooting RF modules and cabinet level testing.
- Experience with network configurations and TCP/IP
- Experience with production operations and manufacturing techniques.
- Background with test automation and analysis software; Linux, MATLAB, LabView, Excel, etc.
- Familiarity with procurement procedures and generating Bills of Material (BoM).
