- Proven experience with cabinet refacing or cabinet installation
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage job timelines
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Professional communication with homeowners
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical work
- (Preferred but not required) Experience with soft-close hinges and drawer systems
- (Preferred but not required) Light carpentry or remodeling experience (backsplash, minor mods, etc.)
