For nearly 50 years, we've built custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, doors, and mouldings known for exceptional craftsmanship. Every great finish starts long before the first coat of paint. It starts with careful preparation, attention to detail, and people who care about doing the job right.

Responsibilities

• Sanding wood surfaces to create a smooth, consistent finish.
• Filling small imperfections and preparing products for painting.
• Masking cabinets and components to protect finished surfaces.
• Inspecting your work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Assisting with light sanding between finish coats when needed.
• Installing hardware and drawer glides on completed cabinets.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Working alongside experienced teammates who will help you learn the trade.

Qualifications

Previous woodworking, manufacturing, or construction experience is helpful, but not required. If you're dependable and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
