Cabinet Painter / Cabinet Project Assistant

About the role

Kitchen Tune-Up is a kitchen design and remodeling franchise system. This position involves updating and upgrading kitchens while adhering to the company's 5 Trustpoints.

Responsibilities

• Prep, sand, clean, and finish cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and frames
• Apply primer and paint using sprayers and other finishing tools
• Follow instructions from the project manager and adhere to Kitchen Tune-Up Trustpoints
• Absorb cabinet door and drawer front removal, installation, and reassembly tasks
• Drill for hinges; install doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and complete daily cleanup
• Communicate progress with the project manager
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Experience in painting, refinishing, or woodworking preferred
• Ability to safely operate power tools (table saw, band saw, router, planer, nail gun, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn new techniques and follow established processes

Requirements
