Requirements

• Experience working with your hands, including construction, manufacturing, or hobbies.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is helpful but not required.
• A basic understanding of color theory and matching colors is beneficial.
• Experience with tubs, showers, tile, countertops, and cabinets is a plus.
• The training process is extensive, requiring a 2-year commitment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service experience are important.
• Must have a driver's license.
