About the role

Surface Experts technician positions offer variety in work and the opportunity to solve customer problems efficiently. As a Surface Experts technician, you'll be part of a growing national franchise dedicated to reducing waste and supporting small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Repairing various surfaces including tubs, showers, tile, countertops, and cabinets
• Working with color theory to match colors accurately
• Managing schedules and working day shifts Monday through Friday
• Providing excellent customer service and attention to detail
• Participating in extensive training to learn new skills
• Earning bonuses and other benefits such as medical reimbursement and a stipend for mobile phone

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands, such as in construction, manufacturing, or hobbies
• Understanding of color theory and matching colors
• Experience with facilities maintenance is helpful but not required
• Experience with tubs, showers, tile, countertops, and cabinets is a plus
• At least a 2-year commitment to the position
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
• Customer service experience and excellent work ethic
• Driver's license required

Day shift: Monday to Friday, no weekends

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
