Cabinet Maker and Installer at NAPOLEON MILLWORK CORP

Job Description

We are a high-end commercial and residential millwork company and we are looking for an experienced millworker/cabinet maker and installer to join our team full-time.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 3 years working in a millwork/shop setting
• Background in Cabinet Making
• Proficient with all shop equipment and practices: table saws, panel saws, routers, laminating, etc.
• Gathers and tracks all required tools, equipment, and hardware throughout given project(s).
• Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and diagrams
• Basic knowledge of math and measurements
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and complete jobs with demanding deadlines while keeping great attention to detail
• Maintains strong knowledge of in-line assembly processes, systems, and tools
• Highly motivated and high level of initiative; confidence to work independently and with a team
• Communicate with other departments clearly about project status when elements are completed/passed into next department
• Strong record of reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be trustworthy and have a clean background check/references
• Works well in a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Must be a good communicator
• Resourceful go-getter attitude with desire for career advancement and increased responsibility
