About the role

As an Installer at Closet Factory, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our designs to life. Your positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential as you work on-site to install our custom solutions.

Responsibilities

• Install custom storage solutions in various areas of the home, including closets, home offices, garages, and more.
• Work on-site to ensure that our designs meet the needs and specifications of each client.
• Use basic hand tools and the 32mm system as part of the installation process.
• Ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Requirements

• Experience with basic hand tools or willingness to learn.
• Prior experience with the 32mm system is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure five-star customer service.
• A self-motivated attitude with a positive outlook.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.
