Cabinet Installer
Responsibilities
- Install kitchen and bath cabinets, cabinet doors, drawer fronts and countertops.
- Measure installation area.
- Position cabinets appropriately and hook them in place according to installation procedures.
- Accurately cut materials to specifications.
- Address any issues such as placement and symmetry and correct them.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year previous related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and correctly calculate math and measurements.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Must be able to lift 70 pounds at a time.
