Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in carpentry and/or cabinet installation
• Safely operate power hand tools, including a table saw, miter saw, bandsaw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
• Able to install cabinet hinges and doors, drawer fronts, decorative hardware, drawer boxes, and roll-out trays
• Passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods
• Valid driver's license with a verifiable clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Follow the project plan and instructions given by the project manager
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and clean up daily
• Follow our Trustpoints on every project
• Interact professionally with clients to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Communicate with the project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently
