Cabinet Finisher

Description We specialize in custom cabinetry, built-ins, fireplace mantels, and high-quality architectural millwork throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in craftsmanship and producing beautiful, high-quality finished products. Responsibilities Include Preparing wood surfaces through sanding, filling, and surface preparation.Applying stains, primers, paints, and protective clear finishes.Spray finishing custom cabinetry and millwork.Inspecting completed pieces for consistency, quality, and attention to detail.Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Collaborating with our shop team to meet production schedules. Qualifications Previous experience with cabinet finishing, woodworking, or professional painting preferred.Familiarity with spray equipment and finishing techniques is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Dependable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.Trade school graduates with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
