Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Build quality cabinets.
- Inspect all parts of the cabinet before assembly for cleanliness and flaws.
- If flaws exist, complete a nonconforming material report and notify your manager.
- Inspect each completed item to ensure that it has been constructed accurately, and that the necessary finishes have been applied.
- Additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail and communicate in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with cabinet fabrication, terminology or similar industry experience is highly preferred, but not required.
- We will train you to use various pneumatic tools to perform work functions.
- We will train you to consistently meet/exceed production quotas.
- You will work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Responsible and hard working.
- Open mind to learn.
- Must be able to lift +50 lbs. Regularly throughout the day.
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch.
