About the role

Each Vista America elite Cabin Host is dedicated to delivering a tailored and unparalleled service—curating an exceptional inflight experience for ultra-high net worth clientele aboard private, luxury aircraft. This role combines world-class hospitality, attention to detail, and a flair for anticipating the needs of VVIP passengers. As a Cabin Host, you will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring each flight is thoughtfully planned and executed with attention to every detail—creating a personalized “home away from home” experience that our customers know and love.

Requirements

• Experience in 5-star hospitality, fine dining, yacht/luxury yacht, or premium first-class environments
• Proven experience and confidence working with high-net-worth individuals in a luxury hospitality setting
• Genuine passion for hospitality, approaching every interaction with grace, warmth, and a servant-hearted attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to creating memorable, personalized experiences for each guest
• Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times
• High levels of spoken and written English language skills
• Flexibility with a desire to learn and grow in private aviation
• Ability to maintain discretion and respect in all interactions, ensuring guest confidentiality
• High level of professionalism in all interactions, maintaining a polished demeanor and respectful communication
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, manage multiple tasks without losing focus, and deliver seamless service across multiple flights per day
• Ability to work a 15 days on, 13 days off schedule
• Ability to handle, prepare, and serve a variety of food items including fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk, tree nuts, and peanuts
• Comfortable working in environments where exposure to animals and/or smoking may occur
• Right to live and work in the US, with unrestricted ability to travel in and out of the US
