About the role

Ryanair Group is seeking customer-oriented individuals to join its cabin crew family of over 16,000 crew members. No experience is required—just enthusiasm and team spirit. Crewlink, the official recruitment partner for Ryanair, is recruiting Cabin Crew for one of 90+ operational bases across Europe's largest airline group, which carries over 600,000 guests on more than 3,600 daily flights.

Training

Your journey begins with a 6-week training course where you will learn fundamental skills for delivering top-class safety and customer service. During the course, you will study with exams at regular intervals, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the award of your Cabin Crew Wings. The training includes:

  • Free internationally recognised Cabin Crew Training Course
  • Daily per diem whilst training – €28 per day

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a top-class safety and customer service experience to guests
  • Operate both early and late shifts, with reporting as early as 5 am on early roster and returning home as late as midnight on afternoon roster

Requirements

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
  • Height between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm)
  • Able to swim 25 metres unaided
  • Hardworking, flexible, with an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and have ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease
  • Passion for travelling and meeting new people
