About the role

As a server at Arcis Golf, you play a crucial role in the operation by welcoming guests, taking food & beverage orders, and providing an exceptional dining experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Have full understanding of the menu and offer recommendations
• Be able to answer guest questions and communicate effectively to the kitchen and bar
• Recognize and resolve guest concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
• Bring a friendly, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn
• Show passion for service

Requirements

• Sunday availability is required
• Must have a positive and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar position preferred
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
