Key Responsibilities

• Ensures customer satisfaction and positive relations through daily interaction with all guests
• Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all guests and employees
• Prepares and maintains cleanliness of the beach area, removing all trash and keeping beach chairs and umbrellas presentable
• Delivers excellent service to all guests at the beach
• Works in conjunction with the Front Desk Guest Services Concierge, practicing positive communication and teamwork at all times
• Operates, maintains and cleans beach carts, comfort station and other equipment in a safe manner

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift for up to 8+ hours working in all weather conditions
• Must pass a drug screen
• Excellent guest service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• Adheres to all opening and closing duties
