Responsibilities
- Oversight of full-cycle outsourced accounting engagements
- Delivery of financial reporting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
- Provision of strategic advisory support including budgeting and KPI development
- Identification of opportunities to deepen client relationships
- Collaboration with leadership on practice growth
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive accounting or advisory experience
- Demonstrated industry experience across nonprofit, manufacturing, construction, and real estate
- Strong command of GAAP, fund accounting, job costing, and real estate accounting principles
- Proficiency with cloud-based platforms such as QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct
- CPA designation required or actively in progress
- Exceptional communication skills with non-financial audiences
- Prioritization and management of multiple client engagements
