Requirements

• Schedule: Call taking position
• Master’s Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program
• Licensure guidelines compliant with the American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants

Medical supervision is provided, along with flexible schedule options.

Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
• Discusses anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Maintains monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
• Performs clinical intervention as needed
