CAA ICON - Analyst, Strategic Advisory
Responsibilities
- Perform strategic analysis for sports and entertainment industry clients
- Aid with Market Feasibility analyses on stadium and arena development projects
- Build surveys, focus group presentations, and participate in corporate interviews
- Create professional reports to present to clients
- Quantitative data collection and analysis, management/operations reviews, and benchmarking
- Research studies within the sports industry
- Assist with other Strategic Advisory team members in business development
- Quality control of client reports, ensuring accuracy
- Additional consulting services as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Sports Management, or related experience
- 2+ years of experience in cash flow modeling, finance, market research, valuation, and preparation of reports & presentations, or an advanced degree with equivalent work experience
- Experience in one or more of the following industries strongly preferred: Sports, Consulting, Real Estate, Banking, Legal, or Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel: complex functions/formulas, various formatting techniques, database sorting/filtering, and overall skill when assembling, analyzing, and communicating data
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking and the ability to problem-solve and master new concepts
- Committed to an outstanding experience for our clients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented approach with a positive "can-do" demeanor
- Strong work ethic
Location
This role is based in Denver, CO, or Nashville, TN.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $70,000 - $85,000 (Denver) or $70,000 - $80,000 (Nashville). This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
