TalkPath Live is an online therapy company specializing in school-based speech therapy, mental health, occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), and other related services. We serve students of all ages in a variety of educational settings and have limited opportunities to work with adults and children in private-pay circumstances. Qualified candidates are licensed and hold required state credentials.
About the Role
TalkPath Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students during school hours. This is a fully remote, hourly W2 position for the 2026-2027 school year, working from home. The role starts with a small caseload and builds as additional student referrals are made. We seek a California-resident Occupational Therapist for this rewarding opportunity, offering flexible hours, autonomy, and the fulfillment of making a real impact in students' lives. We welcome therapists transitioning from medical, home health, clinic, or adult settings.
There is no minimum hour requirement; you may choose as few or as many hours as your schedule allows.
Qualifications
- Full licensure in your state of residence, allowing independent clinical practice
- AAC training and/or certificate required, and experience with AAC evaluations
- Independent, creative, and flexible with strong communication skills via email and phone
- Comfortable working on your own computer from home
- Functional understanding of electronic devices
- A reliable Internet connection and a private, distraction-free space or office in which to practice
