We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings present: About the role? Not explicitly but we can treat "Roles And Responsibilities" as heading. Also "Requirements", "Qualifications"? Not explicit but we have "Education", "Preferred Skills", "Competencies". We need to follow rules: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 -> that's Pay. So we need a Pay section. We have Benefits: "Paid Vacation, Sick Time and Holidays Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance 401K with Employer Contribution Matching Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Equal Opportunity Employer ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company www.c4plans.com". Some of that is boilerplate (EEO, etc). We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. Also "Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business" maybe not boilerplate but could be considered? It's not EEO but maybe keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove "Equal Opportunity Employer". Also maybe "Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business" is not EEO but could be considered legal? Might keep? It's not explicitly prohibited. However "ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company" and website maybe not needed but could be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO. Might keep as part of Benefits? But Benefits section should contain only benefits. The rest like company info maybe not needed. We'll keep only substantive benefits: Paid Vacation, Sick Time and Holidays; Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance; 401K with Employer Contribution Matching. Possibly also "Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business" is not a benefit; it's company attribute. Might drop. Travel: "Travel is expected up to 25%." Also "Requirements TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR POSITION - Must be able to obtain or possess a valid US Passport and by physically qualified to support miliary exercises and contingency operations." So we have travel requirement. Should we create a Schedule section? Not exactly schedule. Travel is not schedule. Could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements. The instruction: only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. Schedule not mentioned. So we won't create Schedule. We have Security Clearance Requirement: Position requires active security clearance. That's a requirement. Certification Requirements: CompTIA Security+ (also later "Certification Requirements: CompTia Security+" duplicate). We'll include under Requirements or Qualifications. Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years. Education: "Certification listed above accepted in lieu of higher education: AndExperience equal to degree level". That's weird phrasing. Probably means certification can substitute for degree. We'll keep as Education. Preferred Skills: list. Competencies: list (some overlapping with Preferred Skills). We need to avoid duplication? We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. There's duplication: "Familiar with Network Operations Center (NOC)" appears twice. Also "Familiar with COC and tactical utilization of C4I systems." appears twice. Also "Working knowledge of the administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange, Windows Deployment Service (WDS)" appears twice. We need to deduplicate. We need to decide sections: Could have sections: Responsibilities (Roles And Responsibilities), Requirements (including Security Clearance, Certification, Experience, Education, Travel requirement maybe), Skills (Preferred Skills + Competencies combined?), Benefits, Pay. We must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements. Could combine Skills and Competencies into Skills section. Let's extract content. First, location and position type: "Location: Camp Pendleton, CA Position Type: Full-Time". This is metadata; we can fold into a short

at top. Salary Range: Pay section. Now Responsibilities: The big paragraph under "Roles And Responsibilities:" includes many duties. We'll turn that into

    • items? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a paragraph with many sentences; we could split into list items per sentence or clause. Better to make list items for each distinct duty. We'll parse. Responsibilities text: "Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for supporting the establishment, configuring, operating, and troubleshooting a robust, integrated data-sharing network for the Fleet Marine Force (FMF) and other Department of War (DoW) agencies through the synergistic application of COTS, GOTS, and Program of Record (POR) hardware and software. This involves providing storage, virtualization capabilities, and C4I systems integration support via both on-site and remote efforts, while also collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments and personnel at Government Customer sites to deliver comprehensive Command and Control (C2) capabilities and enhance situational awareness, decision-making, and operational effectiveness. Introduce FMF to the Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and advances to emergent capabilities to achieve interdependence and operational effectiveness. Resolve complex C2 Systems integration issues related to system upgrades, network restrictions (ports, protocols, firewalls), and system versions. Interface with FMF personnel and US Government employees to provide break/fix support to C2 systems in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Research questions using available information resources: technical manuals, operating and administrator guides, fleet advisory messages (FAMs), and internal approved knowledge base(s). General knowledge of a Network Operations Center (NOC). Identify and elevate situations requiring urgent attention. Generate new Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs) within the Ground C2 Portfolio. Coordinate travel arrangements to facilitate onsite support requests. Write after-action reports (AARs) to account for the support provided onsite. Note – this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice." We need to preserve all substantive info; we can break into list items each sentence. However some sentences are long; we can keep as list items. Now Requirements: includes Security Clearance Requirement, Certification Requirements, Years of Experience, Education, Travel requirement (must have valid US Passport, physically qualified), Experience working with customers, addressing issues, managing concerns, Experience supporting Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment, Minimum of 3 years’ experience in military training and education, Direct participation in real-world operations is desired, Strong active listening, data entry, and documentation skills, Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, allow for flexible scheduling. Also there is "Experience working with customers, addressing issues, and managing customer concerns and requests over the phone and/or in person." appears twice? We'll deduplicate. Also "Experience supporting Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment." appears. Also "Minimum of 3 years’ experience in military training and education." Also "Direct participation in real-world operations is desired." Also "Strong active listening, data entry, and documentation skills." appears multiple times. Also "Willing to work in a 24x7x365 secured environment, demonstrate intuitive problem-solving skills, and allow for flexible scheduling." Also "Experience writing technical solutions and commercial knowledgebase articles." appears under Competencies? Actually under Competencies: "Experience writing technical solutions and commercial knowledgebase articles." Also "Competencies:" list includes many items overlapping with Preferred Skills. We need to deduplicate across Requirements and Skills sections. Preferred Skills list: "Familiar with Network Operations Center (NOC) Familiar with COC and tactical utilization of C4I systems. Working knowledge of the administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange, Windows Deployment Service (WDS) Effective communicator of highly technical information. Adaptable to fluid environments." Competencies list: "Familiar with configuring GCCS-TCO software (JTCW and TCS) to provide Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Commanders a Common Operational Picture (COP), and coordinate COP Synchronization Tool (CST) configuration with higher, adjacent, and lower echelon commands. In depth understanding of differing message format standards and compatibility between POR systems. Familiar with Network Operations Center (NOC) Familiar with COC and tactical utilization of C4I systems. Working knowledge of the administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange, Windows Deployment Service (WDS) Working knowledge of the administration and troubleshooting of NetApp filer storage, Openfire chat server, C2 applications, Fortigate Firewalls, and Radio over IP communications. Understand and troubleshoot computer, android and IOS configurations. Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and consistent resolution of IT problems. Strong active listening, data entry, and documentation skills. Experience working with customers, addressing issues, and managing customer concerns and requests over the phone and/or in person. Experience writing technical solutions and commercial knowledgebase articles." We need to combine these into a Skills section, removing duplicates. Let's list unique skill items: - Familiar with Network Operations Center (NOC) - Familiar
