C4I Cyber Intelligence Analyst

About the Role
As a C4I analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all-source analysis with an emphasis on national C4I analysis in compliance with DIA’s SOP for C4I Functional Production Area, DIA ADO, and ICD 203 or 206 standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.
- Conduct C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis on military’s national C4I organizations, systems, processes, technologies, and telecommunications networks.
- Identify potential vulnerabilities in redundancy, confidentiality, and system integrity.
- Support identification, location, and tracking of foreign mobile signal, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint or national C4I functions.
- Deliver comprehensive reviews under pressure, often as an authority on the topic.
- Grow your expertise and broaden your skill set in analysis, writing, and communication.
- Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in C4I or telecommunications networks analysis.
- Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment.
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
- Must complete initial (within 30 days) and annual Intelligence Oversight training; conduct activities in accordance with EO 12333, DoD 5240-series, DIA/NSA policy, and USCYBERCOM IO program.
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience supporting military or government planning operations in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or cyber-focused intelligence analysis.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification.
Work Environment
- Primary work location: Government facilities in vicinity of Fort Meade, MD.
- CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required.
- Telework/contractor SCIF use may be permitted case-by-case.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000.00 to $143,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
