C3BM Principle Systems Engineer

About the role

The C3BM Principle Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems that support critical business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and efficient systems solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other engineers to define system requirements
• Perform system analysis and design, including creating detailed technical specifications
• Implement and test new systems to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards
• Document system designs and procedures for future reference and training purposes
• Continuously monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
• Experience with system design, development, and testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and system design tools

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and technologies
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
