C3BM Principal Systems Analyst

About the role

The C3BM Principal Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems within the organization. This role requires deep expertise in system analysis, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new systems to meet business needs
• Conduct system analyses to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and specifications
• Manage system implementation projects from planning through completion
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis and design
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Experience with system development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data modeling and database design
• Experience with system integration and interoperability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of software development lifecycle

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
• Experience with version control systems like Git

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
