C39 Licensed Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support exhaust system installation and coordination within semiconductor fab construction.
• Attend required meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and high-tech site requirements.
• Review drawings and coordinate exhaust layouts and field implementation.
• Collaborate with project engineers from Taiwan, subcontractors, and field supervisors.
• Maintain schedule, quality, and field execution.
• Serve as a responsible C39 license holder (qualifying party) as required.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona C39 License (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor).
• Direct TSMC project experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with semiconductor fab construction environments.
• Tool hook-up (P1 construction) experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exhaust systems installation and coordination.
• Ability to attend required site coordination meetings.
• Experienced in managing scope, schedule, subcontractors, and site coordination.
• Willingness to transfer your C39 license under a new company as Qualifying Party.
