C2ISR Network Capabilities Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Drafts/reviews PWS/SOW for government support.
• Supports government in POM cycle planning for acquisition and logistics requirements.
• Collaborates with Engineering to translate technical requirements, assess facility/operational impacts, and standardize SLAs/MOAs.
• Maintains schedules, dashboards, and status reports from requisition through delivery/integration.
• Serves as the Acquisition lead on negotiations, awards, mods, and vendor performance.
• Identifies risks, resolves problems, and verifies effectiveness of funding for program statuses.
• Affirms cost reduction/mitigation initiatives, efficiencies, and process improvements on a continuous basis and tracks their progress during Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Collaborates with, and supports other internal organizations such as engineering, finance, contracts/subcontracts, and PMO team to ensure balanced budget for future requirements.
• Affirms adherence to government regulatory guidance and corporate procedures across multiple programs.
• Works closely with customers and internal corporate resources to ensure proper execution in all areas of service delivery.

Requirements

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret with SCI Elegibility clearance.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• A minimum of five years of acquisition experience (within the past ten years) of managing DoD Service-specific and/or Joint-Service of similar scope and complexity, including at least one project involving intelligence or special operations support elements.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 5+ years of project or finance management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, NC.
