About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design and implementation of new software features.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development process from conception to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers
• Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Experience leading a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in at least one programming language

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
