C2 - Integrator (Network Communications 3)

About the role

Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is seeking a Network Communications 3 – C2 Integrator to support Navy Surface Warfare Center – Corona (NSWC Corona) in providing Marine Corps LVC training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NSWC-Corona’s C2 Systems Integrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of LVC training events.
• Communicate with the LVC Mission Coordinator on any technical or operational issues.
• Assist the Mission Coordinator (MC) in leveraging LVC capabilities and strategies that align with goals of the training program.
• Advise the MC on the implementation of new systems and upgrades to existing systems, ensuring they meet technical standards and training requirements.
• Aid the Mission Coordinator in coordinating and planning systems and personnel support for events with MTEN and NCTE local and remote operators and engineers, as well as external JLVC teams.

Requirements

• 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in related field or 3 years with a Master’s degree in related field.
• Experience with military C4I systems’ operational and technical integration and system administration.
• Ability to recognize and troubleshoot C4I system problems to ensure continued execution of war gaming events.
• Experience in Windows system administration.
• Knowledge of managing clients in a virtual operating system environment, creating and managing accounts, and interactive troubleshooting with users.
• Experience implementing required system upgrades, configuration changes, and security patches while maintaining system functionality.
• Current DoD Secret clearance with the ability to upgrade to Top Secret if required.
• Well-developed personal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools.

Preferred Requirements

• Prior military service and Systems Administration or knowledge of the following warfighting and simulation systems:
• - MAGTF Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS)
• - Joint Tactical Command Workstation (JTCW)
• - Global Command and Control (GCCS)
• - Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF)
• - Target Handoff System Version 2 (THSv2)
• - Tactical Control System (TCS)
• - Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
• - Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS)
• - Administer and troubleshoot voice communications systems, as well as Windows and Linux systems.

Pay

Anticipated Salary Range: $94,352.00 - $130,000.00
