Manufacturing$21/hrInternship
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have Pay: $21/hr. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (5:30am-2pm) OR Tuesday-Saturday (5:30am-2pm). Benefits: Employee Ownership Program details. Also maybe other benefits? Not mentioned. So include Benefits section with description of Employee Ownership Program. About the role: we have a paragraph about RJW, mission, etc. Could be considered "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: Could include the introductory paragraph: "RJW Logistics Group is HIRING! OUR PEOPLE ARE OUR FUTURE..." plus mission statements. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: The "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list plus "Additional Responsibilities". That's a list. - Requirements: Could be "Qualifications" section? Actually they have "Qualifications" and "Education And/or Experience Required". Might combine as Requirements. But we have separate headings for Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = minimum qualifications (experience, certifications). Qualifications = preferred or additional? The posting has "Qualifications" then "Education And/or Experience Required". Also "Language Skills Sets", "Mathematical Skills", "Reasoning Ability", "Computer Skills", "Physical Demands", "Work Environment". Those could be split into Skills, Requirements, etc. But we must follow instruction: Use headings for those specific categories if content exists. We should not create sections with filler like "not specified". We need to map content. Let's extract: - Pay: $21/hr (specific). So include Pay section. - Schedule: two shift options. Include Schedule. - Benefits: Employee Ownership Program details. Include Benefits. - About the role: The introductory paragraph(s) about RJW, mission, employee ownership program? Actually ownership program is separate benefits. The intro includes: "RJW Logistics Group is HIRING! OUR PEOPLE ARE OUR FUTURE. THAT’S WHY THEY COME FIRST. RJW is dedicated to hiring and developing talent who want to make an impact and be a part of an industry-leading organization. At RJW, we are committed to our employees’ success and to producing continuous innovation that drives the retail logistics industry forward. Empower Your Future with Our Employee Ownership Program ..." Wait that includes benefits. But we already have Benefits section. Might still include About the role with the company description before benefits. Could keep a short paragraph: "RJW Logistics Group is HIRING! OUR PEOPLE ARE OUR FUTURE. THAT’S WHY THEY COME FIRST. RJW is dedicated to hiring and developing talent who want to make an impact and be a part of an industry-leading organization. At RJW, we are committed to our employees’ success and to producing continuous innovation that drives the retail logistics industry forward." But the ownership program is described later; we can still include that in Benefits. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: Could be "1 year Fork Lift driving experience. Certified Fork Lift License." plus maybe "High School Diploma or GED preferred." That's more like qualifications. But we have separate Qualifications heading. Let's assign: * Requirements: Minimum experience/certification: "1 year Fork Lift driving experience. Certified Fork Lift License." * Qualifications: Education: "High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred." plus language skills, math skills, reasoning ability, computer skills, physical demands, work environment? Those could be under Skills? Actually Skills heading could include language, math, reasoning, computer skills. Physical demands maybe under Requirements? But we have no separate heading for Physical Demands. Could include under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can use those headings only if content exists. We have content for language skills, math skills, reasoning ability, computer skills. So we could create a Skills section with those subpoints. * Physical demands and work environment could be part of Requirements? Might be better to put under Requirements as they are job requirements. But we already have Requirements for experience/certification. Could expand Requirements to include physical demands and work environment. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine similar items. Let's think: We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where to avoid thin sections. Potential mapping: - About the role: company intro (mission, hiring statement). - Responsibilities: list of duties (essential duties + additional responsibilities). - Requirements: experience/certification + education + physical demands + work environment? Might be too much but okay. - Qualifications: maybe language skills, math skills, reasoning ability, computer skills? But those are more like skills. - Skills: language, math, reasoning, computer skills. - Benefits: Employee Ownership Program. - Pay: $21/hr. - Schedule: shift options. Thus we have 8 sections, each with content. Check if any section would be thin: Skills will have multiple bullet points (language, math, reasoning, computer). Good. Requirements will have: experience, certification, education preferred, physical demands, work environment. That's substantive. Qualifications maybe we could skip if we put education under Requirements. But we have Qualifications heading; we could put something like "Preferred qualifications: High School Diploma or GED." But that's thin. Better to move education to Requirements and maybe drop Qualifications section. However we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid creating a Qualifications section if it's just a thin line. So we can omit Qualifications. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if we need to include "Qualifications" as per list of possible headings; but we can omit if no substantive content. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can omit Qualifications. Now we need to format: - Use

for section headings. - Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. - Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes a lot of boilerplate at the end: "Employer Rights", "Employment-At-Will". Those should be removed. Also remove duplicated lines (maybe repeated sentences). We'll need to extract core content. Let's extract the relevant parts: From the posting: Title: Inbound Material Handler (Reach Truck) Available Shifts: Sunday - Thursday (5:30am - 2pm) OR Tuesday - Saturday (5:30am - 2pm) Pay: $21/hr RJW Logistics Group is HIRING!
