What You'll Do

• Independently performs systematic and continuous assessment of the physical, emotional, clinical and psychosocial needs of assigned patient.
• Implements appropriate diagnostics, occasionally provides interventional and therapeutic care and evaluates effectiveness, and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner.
