About the Role

Accuracy Control Associates ensure operational processes are effectively inspected and merchandise quality checked from a financial and control perspective. They verify that all merchandise movement meets company standard operating procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and maintains quality reports of all audits for receiving, put-a-ways, profile, replenishments, picking, packing, and returns.
• Ensures company standard operating procedures are followed.
• Verifies merchandise shipped to customers meets company requirements.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Notifies Operations Supervisor or Area Operations Manager of any incorrect or damaged merchandise issues.
• Notifies supervisor or Area Operations Manager of any unsafe storage issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Receiving, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping.
• Working knowledge of Manhattan and PC literacy (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Ability to operate RF equipment where needed.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to climb stairs and/or walk/stand consistently throughout the day.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Detail-oriented with accurate reporting.
• Available to work overtime and flexible schedules.
• Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision.
• Heavy lifting up to 75 pounds.
• No corrective actions on file.
• Good attendance record.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 5:15 PM - 3:45 AM.

Pay

$16.75 per hour + $0.50 premium + $2.00 shift differential = $19.25 per hour.
