Responsibilities

• Be responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensure proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed and notify supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
• Learn new EIM System and use hand held scanners, as well as any other duties assigned.
• Wear the appropriate (PPE) personal protective equipment which includes steel toed shoes, bump cap and hearing protection. (Team members are encouraged to dress appropriately before they arrive at their workstation).

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 6 months of operator experience, with the same employer, documented in the work history section of the application. Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
