- Talented GPU programmers who are genuinely passionate about analyzing, optimizing, and pushing the limits of high-performance computing code
- A deep interest in low-level performance tuning, using GPU profilers and hardware metrics to drive improvements
What You Will Be Doing
- Analyzing and optimizing GPU kernels to achieve maximum performance, efficiency, and hardware utilization
- Using profiler metrics (such as L2 cache hit rate, L2 throughput, occupancy, and others) to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Writing, modifying, and reasoning about C++17, Python, and GPU kernel code (CUDA, HIP, shaders, etc.)
- Documenting optimization decisions and evaluating the real-world impact of different profiler metrics
