C.A.S.E. Lead

Responsibilities

• Actively supervise students
• Plan and implement unique theme-based daily activities alongside a team
• Ensure activities support students’ social, emotional and physical development
• Avoid unsafe, exclusive or unengaging environments
• Work within a team for daily set up and clean up of transitional spaces
• Encourage student participation and manage behavior effectively
• Transition students between rotating scheduled activities throughout the campus
• Model and reinforce Columbus Academy values, policies and safety standards
• Participate in all professional development opportunities for CASE staff

Qualifications

• A strong desire to actively engage with children
• 2+ years of experience working with children
• A positive sense of humor and self-confidence
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and skill in classroom management and the ability to direct large groups of children and adults
• A professional orientation towards collaboration and innovation

Pay

Pay rates start at $15/hr and up based on experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 2:30 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.
