Responsibilities

  • Understand and align with Mcfa's business model and client value proposition.
  • Identify and develop strategies for new market entry or expansion.
  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure project success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Mcfa's processes and systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AEC or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with EOS principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Pay
