We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of Blackstone, BXMA, MSI, role description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Also remove application instructions (like "To submit your application please complete the form below..."). We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to extract: - About the role: description of Blackstone, BXMA, MSI, role context. Could be a paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of key responsibilities bullet points. - Requirements: maybe qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" section with bullet list. Also "Expected annual base salary range" etc. That's Pay. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: not mentioned; we should not include Schedule if not present. - Skills: maybe not explicit separate; but we could combine skills within Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. There's no explicit "Skills" section; we could omit. - Requirements: maybe we can treat "Qualifications" as Requirements? But they have separate headings: Qualifications and Requirements. The posting has "Qualifications" section. There's no separate "Requirements". We could treat the bullet list under Qualifications as Requirements? But better to follow headings: Qualifications (we have content). Requirements maybe not present; we could omit. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:

About the role

...

Responsibilities

    ...

Qualifications

    ...

    ...

Pay

Expected annual base salary range: $225,000 - $250,000 ... maybe also note about actual base salary determined by experience etc. We'll include that. We should not include Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information: include description of Blackstone, BXMA, MSI, role context. Also mention that the role sits at center of investment organization, etc. Also mention that the successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills, etc. That could be part of About the role or Qualifications? Probably About the role includes role description and what they will do. Responsibilities list is separate. We need to avoid duplicating lines. Ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Blackstone is committed to providing equal employment opportunities..." etc. Also remove the accommodation contact, securities license note, application instructions. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics: e.g., "Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $109 billion across a diversified set of businesses." etc. Let's extract substantive paragraphs: First paragraph: "Blackstone is the world’s largest alternative asset manager. Blackstone seeks to deliver compelling returns for institutional and individual investors by strengthening the companies in which the firm invests. Blackstone’s over $1.3 trillion in assets under management include global investment strategies focused on real estate, private equity, credit, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, secondaries and hedge funds. Further information is available at www.blackstone.com. Follow @blackstone on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram." Second: "Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $109 billion across a diversified set of businesses. We strive to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for our clients across market cycles. Our strategies include Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy, Total Portfolio Management, and Public Real Assets. The Multi-Strategy Investing platform (“MSI”) was launched in 2011 and is the team's flagship commingled multi-strategy fund. MSI’s mandate is flexible across the capital structure – investing in equities, preferreds, converts, bonds, loans and structured investments. The team can execute on both private and public opportunities across geographies or industries. The MSI team is able to leverage the broader Blackstone network (including Real Estate, Private Equity, Credit, and Strategic Partners), and the team’s direct relationships to source attractive investment opportunities. The team seeks an Investment Analyst for its fundamental equity team to support the fund’s fundamentally-driven investment process. We are seeking a highly strategic, analytically rigorous, and execution-oriented Senior Investment Strategist to partner closely with the Chief Investment Officer in leading a dynamic Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund platform. This role sits at the center of the investment organization, helping synthesize information across portfolio managers, risk teams, research analysts, market developments, and macroeconomic trends into actionable insights and recommendations. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills, sound market judgment, and exceptional communication capabilities. They will serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO, helping identify key themes, evaluate opportunities and risks, challenge assumptions, and ensure important developments across the platform are surfaced and contextualized in a timely manner." Then "Key Responsibilities" bullet list. Then "Qualifications" bullet list. Then "The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive..." that's boilerplate; we should remove. Then "Expected annual base salary range: $225,000 - $250,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables." Then "Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion." Then EEO etc remove. Then accommodation contact etc remove. Then securities license note etc remove. Then application instructions remove. Thus we have content for About the role (first two paragraphs plus role description), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Benefits (list), Pay (salary range paragraph). We'll not include Requirements or Skills. Now format. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll produce:
