About the role
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and passionate person to join our Institutional Client Solutions team. The Analyst will:
- Cook up responses to client inquiries and prep for performance update calls
- Oversee ongoing client contact to make sure regular touchpoints are happening and relationships stay strong
- Work closely with the BXMA team to create high quality materials to update clients on their experience with BXMA and refresh these materials periodically
- Contribute to a growing business line within BXMA by working across functional areas to establish and drive execution on client related initiatives
- Support late-stage prospect activity, including materials, meeting prep and management, and tracking
- Produce best-in-class content with a focus on both thought leadership and driving commercial outcomes for specific products and client situations
- Avoid assessing client risk and determine appropriate next steps to ensure best-in-class client engagement
- Complete due diligence requests, create investor profiles and related prep materials
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Prior internship or work experience at a financial services firm is preferred
- Must have 1+ years of prior work experience and must have an undergraduate degree and a strong academic track record
- Prior experience working with clients directly or working on client related presentations is a strong preference
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong communication skills
- Effective writing skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Collaborative team player and also work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good judgment
- Experience working in a dynamic environment

Pay
Expected annual base salary range: $145,000 - $160,000
